2. Scope of application
This regulation applies to the performance review management of outsourced suppliers.
3. Responsibilities and authorities
3.1 The Purchasing and Supply Department is the department responsible for the performance review management of suppliers and is responsible for the annual performance review management of suppliers.
3.2 The Safety Production Department is responsible for reviewing the timely delivery rate of suppliers.
3.3 The Purchasing and Supply Department is responsible for reviewing the cooperation of suppliers.
3.4 The Quality Assurance and Process Department is responsible for reviewing the quality of suppliers' products.
