With the development of China's economy and society, thescale of power grid is constantly expanding, the voltage level isconstantly rising, and the capacity is constantly rising, which putsforward higher requirements for short-circuit current breaking abilityand bus conversion ability. In order to meet the market demand, thecompany has carried out research on key technologies of 550 kVGIS, and the product performance has reached the domestic leadinglevel.
550 kVGIS gas-insulated metakenclosed Switch is a three-phase AC high-voltage power transmission and transformationequipment. The equipment mainly includes circuit breakers, isolatingswitches, grounding switches,busbars, current transfomers, outletbushings, voltage transformers, zinc oxide arresters, expansionjoints, brackets and HSBC cabinets. According to user needs,it canbe combined with single busbar, double busbar, one-and-a-half wiringand other wiring methods, which can be used for power transmissionand transformation system on and off no-load, load and fault current,conversion load, isolation line, grounding protection and powermeasurement,etc.
Main technical indicators of products:
(1) The circuit breaker adopts a compressed pneumatic arcextinguishing chamber, the double fractures of the arc extinguishingchamber are symmetrically arranged,equipped with an integratedcapacitor, a hydraulic disc spring operating mechanism, and a DCcomponent time constant of 120ms.
(2) The product meets the main circuit fow of 6,300 A, short-term withstand current of 63 kA/3s, peak withstand current of 171kA, and the mechanical life of 10,000 times
(3) In order to meet a variety of outgoing lines, the isolatingswitch can be arranged angularly and linearly, and integratesmaintenance grounding switch and fast grounding switch. The busconversion current of the isolating switch is 4,000 A/100 V. Theshort-circuit closing current of the fast grounding switch is 171 kA,and the opening and closing ability of the induced current meets therequirements of Class C switch parameters.
