At 11:00 am on August 14, 2023, the 460kV power frequency withstand voltage test of 17 bays of 220kV GIS equipment in the State Grid Anhui Chuzhou Youhao 220kV substation new construction project (State Grid technical conformity assessment project) was successfully completed at one time, marking that the last link of the "on-site installation assessment" of the ZF34-252 type combined electrical switchgear supplied by our company was passed at one time.
After receiving the information that the State Grid Anhui Chuzhou Youhao 220kV substation new construction project was a technical conformity assessment project, the leadership team of the switch company and the heads of various departments held a special meeting to carefully consider the terms and requirements of the State Grid's conformity assessment, and formulated a detailed work plan from market docking, technical solutions, material preparation, product assembly, inspection and testing, on-site installation, etc. With clear goals and responsibilities, everyone methodically devoted themselves to the intensive preparation work.
The business personnel of the Marketing Department visited and communicated with Anhui Electric Power Research Institute and the Equipment Department of Anhui Electric Power Company five times, fully understood the status of conformity assessment in the industry, the requirements of the Electric Power Research Institute and the owners, conveyed the external effective information to the company in a timely manner, and formulated a scientific and thorough technical plan.
The technical department has completed the design of six major model units such as circuit breakers, and the data modeling of more than 70 types of components. It has accurately grasped the key points of product insulation structure review, successfully introduced the multi-physics field analysis software Comsol, and optimized the electric field distribution for more than 100 simulations to achieve the best product performance. It has completed 15 technical design reports such as the special environment difference design report and the mechanical strength test report of insulation parts under high and low temperature. It has completed more than 20 technical specifications such as current transformers and circuit breaker nozzles.
After receiving the notice of production, the Purchasing and Supply Department formulated an accurate and efficient delivery plan to seize the manufacturer's production capacity. For key components, the purchasers stayed at the processing site day and night and completed the purchase of about 30 kinds of emergency materials to save time for later assembly and testing. At the same time, they compared prices of special parts from three suppliers and reviewed prices item by item to ensure high quality and low price.
The Quality Assurance and Process Department studied the conformity assessment clauses one by one and made full preparations in terms of assembly process and quality inspection. 33 inspection specifications such as 0TS.570.034-J hydraulic spring mechanism inspection specification were revised; 37 process systems such as "126kV circuit breaker 200 times mechanical running-in process regulations" were revised; Q200 high-precision leak detectors were introduced, and 9 new test equipment such as protective resistors and three-coordinate measuring instruments were added; 11 types of operating instructions for various equipment were supplemented; 31 test fixtures were designed and put into production; 285 training sessions were conducted for workshop assembly staff, with a total of 4,762 person-times.
The Manufacturing Department worked overtime to organize personnel training and production site preparation, and improved 1 production process route; 9 process assembly flow boards; 4 environmental records; 7 management systems; 180 employee operation skills completed, 2,300 person-times; 52 on-site fixed-position management boards; 167 workstation instructions improved; 45 equipment maintenance records improved. On-site fixed-position management, employee training and operation skills received unanimous praise from the review expert group.
According to the State Grid's compliance assessment requirements, 10 circuit breakers were tested for 200 times of insulation without cleaning during running-in in the factory, and the 460kV power frequency withstand voltage test passed the assessment sampling test at one time. Afterwards, the prototype was disassembled and reassembled for testing, laying a solid foundation for passing the insulation test at one time on site.
After completing the intensive and orderly factory acceptance work, the company attached great importance to it, set up a special team, held several coordination meetings, and made careful arrangements from equipment shipment to installation. Zhang Yong, assistant to the director of the marketing service department, and professional backbone personnel such as team leaders Zou Bo and Cao Bo were selected. It took 66 days from the construction on June 8, 2023 to the completion of the test on August 14. It was the hottest time of summer, and the outdoor installation temperature was as high as 45°C. In order to meet the deadline, they rushed to the front line day and night, overcame various difficulties on site, and ensured that all test items were passed at one time.
This time, the State Grid's conformity assessment factory test and on-site test were passed at one time. After scoring by the Electric Power Research Institute and the State Grid expert group, our company's results ranked among the top in the industry and received unanimous praise.
